Partial Case Experience in criminal matters

United States of America v. W.K. Taylor, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas Fort Worth Divisionon behalf of Defendant, calculated damages relative to alleged felony charges and critiqued Prosecution's damage methodology via testimony at trial.  Defendant received not guilty verdict from jury on all counts.


United Kingdom v. David Fleming, Woodgreen, England.  On behalf of Plaintiff, Scotland Yard, provided expert testimony regarding assets traced into the United States, assets recovered and asset liquidation value to the court.  Defendant was found guilty and sentenced to nine years in prison.


The State of Texas vs. William Lester Seelye, Collin County, Texason behalf of Defendant, prepared analysis detailing transactions and moneys allegedly spent.


The State of Texas vs. Dean L. Elliott, Collin County, Texason behalf of Defendant, provided expert testimony relative to alleged felony charges and criticized the Prosecution's damage methodology via testimony at trial and at sentencing hearing.  Defendant received guilty verdict; case is under appeal.
