behalf of Plaintiff, calculated monies owed to beneficiaries of
inter vivos trusts and estate of deceased father. Engagement
involved reviewing documents over 15 years old, calculation of
oil and gas property gains/losses and numerous forensic
accounting tasks. Provided written reports, expert testimony in
deposition and at trial. Plaintiff awarded favorable judgment
at trial. Case was appealed by Defendant and later settled with
Plaintiff receiving favorable award.

- the engagement was to review expenditures and distributions
from trust. Report was prepared. The administrator was removed
and a new administrator appointed.
