Partial Case Experience in Lost Earnings Computations for individuals 

Kay Notch, individually, and as Independent Executrix of the estate of James Stephen Notch, deceased, and Kelly Marie Notch v. Aerospatiale, Avco Corporation, Robert E. Lakey, Rallye Aircraft Corporation d/b/a Socata and SOC Construction Avions Tourisme Affaire, and JSN Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Notch & Associates, and United States Aviation Underwriters, Inc. as Managers for United States Aircraft Insurance Group v. Aerospatiale, et al. - review economist report relative to lost future earnings of deceased, and conclude as to the reasonableness of conclusions reached by economist; and using economist's report, determine the estimated amount of funds that would potentially be distributed to Plaintiff, his daughter, assuming that deceased had lived full life and been compensated according to economist's report.  Provided written report and deposition testimony.  Case settled before trial.


Michella and William Young v. Steven Lynn Anderson, A.J.’s Wrecker Service of Dallas, Inc., Elite Towing, Inc., Lone Star Auto Services, Inc. and Progressive County Mutual Insurance Company  – on behalf of Plaintiff, calculated present value of economic damages (past and future loss of earnings capacity and household production) due Plaintiff as a result of the injuries sustained from an auto accident. Provided written report and testified at deposition and trial.  Favorable ruling received and damages awarded to Plaintiff.


Ceasar Douglas v. Tex-Air Delivery, Inc. and Deric Lynn Hollands – on behalf of Plaintiff, calculated economic damages due to past lost wages resulting from an automobile accident.  Provided written report and deposition testimony.  Case settled favorable to Plaintiff before trial.


Patricia M. Fugnitti's World Trade Center Claim to the Victim's Compensation Fund – On behalf of Patricia M. Fugnitti, as a victim in the World Trade Center disaster, computed her past lost earnings and benefits and her projected lost earnings and benefits from injuries sustained in the September 11, 2001 disaster.  Claim was presented to the Victim's Compensation Fund established for the World Trade Center disaster.  Claim was settled favorably for Patricia M. Fugnitti. 


Steven Hagemann v. Kerry Walbridge, Kay Walbridge and Andrew Donald Walbridge – on behalf of Plaintiff, calculated past and future economic damages due to wages lost resulting from an auto accident.  Provided written report and deposition testimony.  Case settled favorably for Plaintiff before trial.


Dana Ayers, et al., Plaintiffs, v. WCI Outdoor Products, Inc., d/b/a Husqvarna Forest & Garden Co., et al., Defendants and Third Party Plaintiffs, v. James and Misty Lipscomb, Third Party Defendant; - on behalf of Defense, review/critique methodology and calculations of Plaintiff's damages expert regarding Life Care Plan and Cost Analysis. Calculated present value of Life Care Plan as derived by Defense experts and prepared written report.  Case settled before trial with favorable award to Plaintiff.

Sherry L. Waller v. Seven Eleven, Inc. et al. - on behalf of Plaintiff, calculated the net present value of estimated past wages, lost future earning capacity and past and future medical expenses due to physical injury sustained by Plaintiff.  Prepared written report.  Case settled before trial.


Marian Seagle v. Coca Cola – on behalf of Defendant calculate lost earning capacity of Plaintiff and review and critique Plaintiff’s expert report.  Plaintiff was injured, when providing unsolicited assistance to Defendant employees with gymnasium doors, by a piece of falling equipment.  Report was prepared.  Satisfactory settlement was reached.
