a venture capital company and asset management company.
Assisted in discussions at mediation, provided written business
valuation report and expert testimony at arbitration. Plaintiff
prevailed and was awarded damages.
Windham v.
Windham
– on behalf of
Plaintiff, Mrs. Windham, engaged to ascertain that all of the
assets of Windham Manufacturing Company were recorded on tax
returns and financial statements to validate the business
valuation amount. A report was issued and Expert testimony was
provided concerning the existence of an additional $310,000 in
assets that were excluded from the valuation process.

– on behalf of
Plaintiff, Mrs. Cass, traced and classified assets and
expenditures and assisted in settlement negotiations. Report
was issued and a satisfactory out of court settlement was
reached.
Sue Wilson et
al v. Frisco Wholesale Lumber Co.
– on behalf of
Plaintiff reviewed accounting practices and provided a business
valuation of the Plaintiffs 50% interest in Defendant. The
business was controlled by two other owners, one being
Plaintiff’s ex-husband, who operated the business and controlled
the Board of Directors. Prior to completion of engagement the
parties reached a satisfactory settlement resulting in purchase
of Plaintiff's ownership.

– on behalf of Defendant, estimated value of medical practice,
performed forensic procedures to shore up financial
representations made by Plaintiff and compiled schedule of
assets and liabilities. Favorable settlement to Defendant.

company, performed forensic procedures to shore up financial
