U.S. Voter Data v. Dallas Computer Management - prepared business
valuation and calculated damages on behalf of Plaintiff in a case
involving the misappropriation of computer data by employees in
connection with a voter list company. Provided expert testimony
at trial. Plaintiff prevailed and was awarded damages.
Lawhorne v. Lawhorne - prepared business valuation in a matrimonial
matter involving a venture capital company and asset management
company. Assisted in discussions at mediation, provided written
business valuation report and expert testimony at arbitration. Plaintiff prevailed and was awarded damages.
Nova Capital, LLC v. Finova Capital Corporation, et al. –
on behalf of Plaintiff, prepared business valuation, relative
to a contractual dispute matter, concerning the acquisition of
three companies involved in the manufacturing of hospitality draperies
and bedspreads. Engagement involved relocation of manufacturing
facilities to Mexico and calculation of additional damages due
Plaintiff. Provided written report and expert witness
testimony at trial. Plaintiff prevailed and was awarded
damages of $11 million.

Collins v. Stephen Paul Michaelis, Individually and as
Independent Executor of the Estate of John C. Collins, Deceased,
James G. Vetter, Jr. and Godwin Gruber, P.C. – on
behalf of Defendent, prepared business valuation in connection
with a trucking transportation company. Also prepared
statement of assets for deceased. Provided written report
and deposition testimony. Case settled before trial.
